Indoor lamp housing: low protection requirements, using common plastics, plastics and other common materials

Outdoor lamp shell: high protection requirements, generally use engineering plastic PC, and polycarbonate, acrylic, aluminum alloy and other non-deformable, high-strength, waterproof and light-resistant polymer materials.

Two aluminum profiles, AA6061 and AA6063, have good thermal conductivity and processability, which are suitable for extrusion and are widely used in radiator processing. ADC12 is suitable for die-casting, but its thermal conductivity is low. Therefore, AA1070 aluminum alloy is usually used instead of radiator processing. Unfortunately, the processing mechanical properties are not as good as ADC12. AA1050 has good ductility and is suitable for stamping process, mostly used to make thin fins.
